Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for cancellations that meet the criteria outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds do not apply to bookings where services have already been rendered (e.g., completed trips or events).

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support at info@bgrholidays.com with your booking details and the reason for the request.
  • We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 Business Days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 Business Days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any non-refundable service fees, deposits, or taxes are excluded from refunds.
  • Certain discounted or promotional bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
