Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexible options for cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellation by the Customer:

  • Cancellations made 10 Days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable service fees).
  • Cancellations made within 5 Days of the booking date may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 Hours of the booking date or for no-shows.

Cancellation by BGR Holidays:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, local regulations), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date/experience of equal value.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Any non-refundable deposits or fees paid at the time of booking will not be refunded unless the cancellation is initiated by BGR Holidays.

Modifications:
