- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes to the price will be made unless agreed by both parties.

Payment Terms:
- Full payment or a deposit must be made at the time of booking.
- Any remaining balance must be settled 3 Business days before the commencement of the tour/service.
Customer Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid identification and necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) before your journey.
- Any personal belongings brought on trips are the responsibility of the customer.
Changes to Itinerary:
- BGR Holidays reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, local regulations) without prior notice.
- We will always endeavor to provide alternatives of equal or greater value.
Limitation of Liability:
